Our Summer Track season practices for sprinters and field events will begin May 8. Practices will be from 6:00-7:30 at Ottawa Hills High School.
Distance runners are running Monday through Friday at Ottawa Hills High School from 4:30ish till 6:30ish. Once high school outdoor meets start, we will work around that schedule. You do not have to come to practice every day, but we do encourage you to run 5-6 days a week. You can begin anytime you like between February 27 and May 8. The sooner you start, the better condition we can have you in for nationals. We ask that you be able to run at least 20 minutes straight without stopping before you come to practice.
